Service level offerings

Our vision

We strive towards a 24/7/365 available service offering on each and every environment. As XS2event is a consumer of its own API we feel the pain of missing sales in case of a disaster.

However, innovation matters. We deploy multiple times per day and we make sure (partner) test and production are always aligned with the same code-base. Failures may happen in an exceptional case. In that case we rather ask for forgiveness than beg for permission.

Availability

We do our best to offer our partners a 99.9% availability measured on monthly basis. The actual numbers are communicated
on our status page

Scheduled downtime or notifications

We don't work with scheduled downtime or upfront notifications. We believe our solution is and should be robust enough to withstand scheduled maintenance. In case of unexpected downtime we refer you to our status page for the latest information
